How I built it
AI voice agents
Systems that answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
The problem
Calls come in while everyone's busy, and a missed call is often a customer who rings the next business on the list. Calling back a long list by hand is slow work too.
What I built
AI voice agents that answer a business's phone line in a natural voice, find out what the caller needs and book them in. Before that, an AI system that makes outbound calls.
How it works
- 1
It answers and gets to know the caller
A friendly greeting, the caller's first name early on, then light questions one at a time.
- 2
It only says what's true
Answers come only from the facts it's been given. It never makes up results or quotes prices.
- 3
It books them in
It takes the name, company and number, reads the number back to check it, and books a time in the calendar.
- 4
It confirms, then says goodbye
It never says "booked" until the calendar has confirmed it, reads the booking back and ends the call itself.
What it uses

What something like this could do for your business
Every call answered, day or evening, with the details taken and the appointment booked, even when the whole team is out on jobs.
