The problem

Most businesses have hundreds of old enquiries and past customers sitting in a CRM that nobody ever follows up. Every one of them was interested once.

What I built

AI text conversations that get back in touch with old leads and past customers in the business's own voice, handle the replies and book the keen ones into the calendar. The owner can read every conversation.

How it works

  1. 1

The list is cleaned and checked

Duplicates removed, opt-in rules checked and a do-not-contact list applied. A small live test of 10 to 20 contacts goes first.

  2. 2

    An easy opener

A friendly text asking if they're the person who enquired a while back, the kind of message people actually answer.

  3. 3

    A real conversation

It confirms who they are, reminds them why they were interested and checks they're still keen. One question per text, short messages and never a price. Reply "delete" and it says goodbye and stops.

  4. 4

    Booked in or handed over

Keen contacts are booked into the calendar or passed to the team, and the AI reviews its own conversations every day to get better.
