How I built it
Our own e-signature tool
Contracts and forms filled in and signed online on any phone or laptop, with the signed copy filed automatically. No printer, no scanner and no monthly fee.
The problem
Clients had to print a four-page form, sign it, scan it and send it back. Plenty never did, and the paid e-signing services charge a monthly fee for every user.
What I built
Our own e-signature tool, built into the business's website and CRM. Each client gets a personal link with their details already filled in, signs on their phone or laptop, and the signed copy files itself in their record.
How it works
- 1
A personal link goes out
From the client's record in the CRM, one click sends them a link with everything we already know filled in.
- 2
They check it and sign
On any phone or laptop they fill in anything missing and sign with a finger or a mouse. No printer, no scanner.
- 3
The signed copy files itself
The finished document lands straight in that client's record in the CRM, ready for the next step.
What it uses
- Next.js
- The business's own CRM
- Signed PDF documents
What something like this could do for your business
Quotes, contracts, NDAs and consent forms signed the same day, without chasing paperwork or paying a monthly e-signing fee.
