How I built it
An AI boardroom
A council of AI advisers, modelled on the public ideas of well-known business figures, that debate a decision from every angle before the chair gives the verdict.
The problem
Most big decisions in a small business get made alone, or after a quick chat with whoever is around. Proper advice is slow and expensive, so it rarely happens before the money is spent.
What I built
A boardroom of AI advisers. Each seat owns one question, such as the offer, the marketing, the money or the customer, and each adviser draws on the public talks and books of a well-known business thinker. A chair weighs up what they all say and gives a clear verdict.
How it works
- 1
Put a decision to the board
Type the question the way you'd say it out loud, such as "Should we launch a monthly plan?", with whatever background helps.
- 2
Each adviser answers from their seat
Every adviser looks at it from their own angle, using their own library of that thinker's published ideas, not a general chatbot answer.
- 3
They test each other's thinking
The case against your favourite option gets heard too, so you see the risks as well as the upside.
- 4
The chair gives the verdict
One clear recommendation and the next steps, with the reasons behind it, so you can act on it the same day.
