How I built it
A weekly sales-signal briefing
Watches UK company records, planning applications and the news for buying signals, like a new director or an office move, then emails sales teams a weekly list of who to call.
The problem
Sales teams spend their mornings checking company records and the news by hand, and by the time they call, the research is already out of date.
What I built
A system that watches 15 official UK sources and news feeds for buying signals across more than 150,000 companies, such as a new director, an office move, a planning application or a new contract, and tells sales teams who to call and why.
How it works
- 1
It watches the sources
Company records stream in live, and the other sources, from planning applications to public contracts and trade news, are checked twice a day.
- 2
Each signal is matched to the right company
On an exact name only, never a near miss, so a story about a shop isn't mixed up with an event of the same name.
- 3
AI scores what matters
Claude checks the story is really about that company, then scores from 0 to 100 how much a salesperson should care. Bad news, like an insolvency, scores high too.
- 4
The briefing goes out
Weak signals are hidden, urgent ones are emailed straight away, and the rest go into a briefing of who to call.

What something like this could do for your business
Know when your best prospects are ready to buy, and call them first with a good reason to, instead of cold calling a list.
