The job sheet works for me. But the lads can't use it on their phones, so they ring me all day.

What's the address? Is it today or tomorrow? What's the key safe code? Every answer comes from you, often while you're up a ladder yourself.

We tried one of those job apps once. It charged every month for every person, we had to start again in their system, and everyone drifted back to the sheet.
